As a Leasing Consultant, your goal will be to energetically and professionally represent our incredible, cutting edge, and fast-growing company to current residents and future residents.

You'll have a chance to build new and long-term relationships with residents and co-workers, while also acting as a product matter expert and valuable resource for property information.

A Typical Day :

• Welcome prospective residents; learn more about what their living needs are, tour the community; and find the connection between their needs and our amenities.
• Follow up with prospects and work toward selling our communities to our prospects.
• Complete all the steps that go with the lease application process.
• Express yourself as an expert on our community offerings, rents and amenities.
• Assist with coordinating resident social events and functions to assure our residents love where they live.
• Will work Tuesday- Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
